● Frame buffer

Framebuffer plane
The coordinates of the framebuffer plane are: The lower right coordinate value increases.

X: −1024 ≤ X ≤ 1023
Y: −1024 ≤ Y ≤ 1023

If you specify more than these values, the operation is not guaranteed.

You can also place parts outside the display screen as shown above. However, nothing is written beyond the range of the framebuffer plane.

Pixel data in framebuffer

The pixel data on the framebuffer is as follows: There are 16bit and 8bit data. RGB data that does not go through the color RAM of VDP2 is only 16 bits. When all bits are 0, VDP2 treats it as a transparent dot.
