■ 7.6 Transform sprite drawing command

The transform sprite drawing command draws the character pattern in the framebuffer. When drawing, you can specify upside down, left / right inversion, enlargement / reduction, expansion / contraction, rotation, and twist at the specified coordinates of the character pattern.
This is a modified sprite drawing command when the end bit is 0B and the command selection bit is 0010B.
