SOUND STRUCT

The Sega Saturn Sound Tutorial was created to give sound designers the knowledge they need to develop sounds for Sega Saturn.
This book is written so that even people who are not very familiar with DTM (Desk Top Music) can play songs on Saturn if they have used Mackintosh.
In addition, the contents described in this manual are limited to the point of creating a sound data file to be used in Saturn using "SEGA Sound Tool".
To actually play a song in a game using a sound data file, use the sound functions of the Sega Graphic Library (SGL) in your program, or use sound control commands directly.
For details on sound control commands, refer to " SEGA SATURN SOUND DRIVER Ver2.20 Programmer's Guide".
